Once your order is confirmed, our logistics team prepares your package within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
Chronopost then delivers it via express shipping: within 24 hours in France and 48 hours across Europe.

Shipping fees may vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

During busy periods and outside working days, logistics take longer to prepare packages. Don't worry, you can track the progress of your parcel with your tracking number.
You'll find your tracking in the order section of your customer area.

We deliver to France and the European Union only.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, click here to register your request.
Only a new, unworn item in its original condition will be refunded.

Refunds are made within 5 working days of receipt of your parcel by our warehouse. This period may be extended if we receive a large number of customer service requests.
Refunds will be made via the payment method chosen for the order.
